This is a community-based, 4-year categorical psychiatry program explicitly organized around an "ecological" model of care that integrates biological, psychological, and social determinants of mental illness, anchored at Putnam Hospital (Northwell/Nuvance) with additional training across Vassar Brothers, Danbury, Norwalk, and Sharon Hospitals.
