Research is supported through HCA's national infrastructure (scholarly commons, journal, data access) but functions as an ACGME-standard expectation rather than a defining institutional pillar, while career preparation explicitly accommodates fellowship, private practice, academic psychiatry, and administrative/leadership tracks with individualized faculty mentorship.
