NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist is a Weill Cornell Medicine-affiliated acute-care teaching hospital in Brooklyn whose non-pyramidal general surgery residency graduates three chief residents annually, each assuming full responsibility for complex general and subspecialty cases in the absence of competing fellowships.
