Program Identity & Fit

This is a young, community- and military-oriented psychiatry program housed within Texas A&M's Vashisht College of Medicine, distinguished by its rural, underserved, and active-duty military patient populations across a network including VA medical centers (Temple and Waco), a military hospital at Fort Cavazos, a community mental health center serving largely uninsured patients, and a Level II trauma center.
