Lehigh Valley Health Network's Pediatric Residency is a community-based, hospital-affiliated program anchored by a Level IV NICU and a 12-bed PICU, giving residents exposure to critically ill neonates and children alongside a broad continuity-clinic population served through the Valley Health Partners Children's Clinic. The program uses an X+Y scheduling model and structures training to support both primary care and fellowship pathways equally, with extensive subspecialty elective options (cardiology, hem/onc, neurology, pulmonology, GI, endocrinology, and more) allowing residents to individualize their trajectory.
