This is a community-based Transitional Year housed within a rural, HCA-affiliated hospital in Inverness, Florida (Citrus Hospital), functioning as a preliminary-year bridge rather than a specialty-defining program, and drawing on the same sponsoring resources as the hospital's Internal Medicine residency.
