UCLA General Surgery is a large, research-intensive academic program built around an unusually broad clinical network spanning quaternary care at Ronald Reagan Medical Center, safety-net exposure at Olive View and Harbor-UCLA, the nation's largest VA, and pediatric surgery at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
