Penn State Hershey's Neurology Residency is a university-based, four-year categorical program (five per year) built around a single tertiary/quaternary academic hospital that serves as the sole referral center for central Pennsylvania, blending common "bread-and-butter" neurology with complex subspecialty disease across nearly every neurologic domain (stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular, MS, movement, neurocritical care, neuro-oncology, interventional neuroradiology).
