Riverside Methodist Hospital's OB/GYN residency is a large community-based, university-unaffiliated teaching program embedded in a high-volume 1,059-bed hospital delivering approximately 7,000 babies annually, giving residents substantial obstetric and gynecologic case volume without a university academic medical center overlay. The program supports specialty exposure across maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, and menopausal medicine, paired with dedicated simulation training in ultrasound and robotics at the in-house Center for Medical Education and Innovation.
