Mayo Clinic's Emergency Medicine Residency (Rochester) is an academic, quaternary-care program embedded in a top-ranked institution, combining a Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and ECMO capability with an extraordinarily complex referral population (transplant, LVAD, oncologic complications) layered over core "bread-and-butter" community EM volume.
